Here’s my new smoothie recipe.  Kids will enjoy it too!

Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tbsp quick cook oatmeal

2 tbsp yogurt

1 banana

1/2 apple

1 cup of milk

1 cup of water

 

Direction:

Put them all in the blender and blend for 40 seconds.
