I feel victorious!

I have been dreaming of making this fudgy, chewy and a bit crunchy on the sides brownies, swirling with strawberry jam and marshmallow fluff, and I finally did it.  It’s like a dream come true.

You know the feeling of finally doing something you have been planning of doing and when you finally did it, it turns out more than what you are expecting it to be?  It’s the best feeling in the world!

My brownies are  so good, my youngest daughter said it’s the best brownie ever and she wanted it for baon tomorrow!

WOW!

Who wouldn’t want to hear that?  The very people whom you made it for complimented you in ways you are expecting?  (My gosh, I just made brownies and I feel empowered already. Hahaha. I have been busy lately and I have been absent in my baking chores.  It feels so good to finally dip my hands again in the cups load of flour and sugar.)  How awesome, right?

Oh well, enough with the stories, scroll down for the recipe of Marshmallow and Strawberry Swirled Brownies ,thanks for dropping by and enjoy! ๐Ÿ™‚

Betty Crocker Supreme Walnut Brownie Mix  (I got it from Landmark for P175-185)

1 Egg

5 tbsp water

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Fluff marshmallows (I got it from Landers for P165)

Bonne Mamman Strawberry Preserve from Robinsons Supermarket for P240

First, mix the egg, water, oil and brownie mix together until well blended.

Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly-greased rectangular tin or to make sure my brownies won’t stick on the pan I used Glad Cook ‘n’ Bake non stick paper.

Next, put a half teaspoon of strawberry preserve and marshmallow fluff alternately on top of the mixture.  Using a bread knife, create a swirl.
