To make my Bell Pepper Egg Rings I used my Masflex Stone Forged Frypan, its non-stick pan which made frying effortless. 🙂
Here’s a printable recipe for you:
- 1 big bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tsps cooking oil
- 1. In a large, non-stick skillet, heat 1-2 tsp olive cooking oil over medium/high heat.
- 2. Cut peppers into rings and remove the seeds and centers. Place sliced peppers into the pan and let them saute for a minute.
- 3. Crack one egg into the center of each bell pepper slice. Start pouring the egg in slowly.
- 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over each egg. Cook for 3 minutes.
- 5. Serve and enjoy! 🙂

The Masflex Kitchen Camp (Blogger’s Edition) was held in line with the celebration of it’s 25th year of excellence and innovation of high quality and affordable cookware and kitchenware of Masflex.
The kitchen camp gave me the feel of MasterChef (U.S. TV series) the part where Ms. Nancy announce what to cook next and we will all rush in front, where a long table of ingredients is available, we hurriedly pick our ingredients. It was super fun. I was nervous the whole time, I wonder if I will get kicked off if my cooking doesn’t pass to her standards. 😛
I went to the kitchen camp with my friend, Lani. When we were our way home she told me she got nervous too and felt strange in front of the cooking tools and cooking ingredients. We have been cooking our entire marriage life and we felt like first timers during the kitchen camp. The kitchen camp was really an awesome experience!
We made the famous bibimbap with blue rice. I never liked bibimbap but, what I made during the kitchen camp was different, I loved it. I brought it home and shared it with my husband he said he likes it too. It’s a true testament that Ms. Nancy’s bibimbap recipe is really good. And of course, I’ll share it with you soon. 🙂
We were also taught how to make a rainbow crepe cake. I’m one hell of a cook, I made pancake “cakes” instead of crepe cake! 😀
I went to Chef Jaja, she’s the lady at my right, she gave me tips and trick to make it really thin, like a real crepe. 🙂 Chef Jaja is a real angel, I feel like if I sit down with her for a coffee she will tell me all her cooking and baking secrets. 🙂
I love every thing about the kitchen camp. I love all the tricks and smart cooking tips of Ms. Nancy! I learned soooo much. What I realized was, learning it hands-on was different from learning it in Youtube.
