helathy shake

This drink recipe was originally Slide’s.  Only that he adds protein and cretin as part of his post-workout drink.  But I figured I make one for the kids less the workout ingredients. I like serving my kids cold drinks when they arrived home from school to hydrate them.  I noticed they don’t drink much water when in school.  So before they eat their snacks I make sure they drink something refreshing. 😀

Milo-Banana-Oatmeal Shake Recipe

Servings: 2 tall glasses

Ingredients:

1 banana

3 tbsp Milo

3 tbsp Milk

3 tbsp Oatmeal

8-10 ice cubes

1 cup water

 

Instructions:

Put it all together in the blender and dance.
