If you are looking for a place to make big laughs and loud noises and free coffee, this is it! Parvati.
They are loaded with sweet stuff!
Lani and I had too much chocolate, mochi and cakes that made us feel so good. We laughed our away to a blissful conversation about family, books, cooking and all the fun stuff of married life! But of course we didn’t cover a lot we had less than 2 hours to go back to our normal life (WORK!).
Lani ordered Pistachio Sans Rival cake slice (P130.00) and Mochi Ice Cream (P295).
My first time to eat mochi with ice cream and according to Lani Parvati’s mochi is by far the best she had ever tasted.
As per Lani’s recommendation I tried Mini Brazo de Mercedes (P150.00) and Dark Choco Truffles (it’s sugarfree) (P299.00)
Truffles and brazo de mercedes were both in bite sizes, they were very easy to put in your mouth, like chips.
I read that eating sweets specially chocolates causes the brain to release endorphins, chemicals that make us feel good. So that explains our echoing laughs all over the place that I think shooing the other customers away! Hahahaha…
We both had good time! It was like an “ESCAPE” from everyday life (you know when your daily routines got shaken up by something nice, it’s like that). Let’s do that again Lani, let’s exercise our lungs some more.
P.S. Among the sweets we had I think truffles is the easiest to make at home. I’ll try to make truffles soon. 🙂
P.S.S. Thanks to Slide for helping me color-correct my photos in this post, restaurant lighting sucks big time!
