A tea shop opened here in our neighborhood recently. My sisters love it a lot that they buy from them 2-3 times a day. It was sold at P30.00/12oz. Pretty expensive for me. So I thought to make our own. It involves tea, any tea bag will do, coffee creamer and sugar.
To make it look more fancy I added black tapioca pearls. I bought tapioca at Chocolate Lover for P85.00/kilo, it’s Ferna brand.
If you are wondering what was that floating, it was oregano leaves. I do not have available mint leaves to garnish… hehehe… but sure it looks nice eh?

1 tea bag
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp coffee creamer
1 tbsp sugar
1. Seep the tea bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes
2. Add sugar and creamer
3. Chill in the refrigerator
4. Add black tapioca pearls and ice
